  Very friendly.. I ordered a pull out couch and a reclining chair.. The reclining chair-- I ordered specifically because i was having shoulder surgery and I was in need of a chair with electric. The chair on the show room was a standard chair and I paid close to $500 to have it be motorized! The chair finally arrived and the electrical controls were on the right side which I could NOT reach! I dis not receive the standard chair which I ordered Instead I got a rocker.. when I called the store I was told they would get me a wand so I could use the electric... BUT as far as the rocker portion I was told it cost more $$ for a regular "wall away" recliner!!! Now it's months later and I'm such with a recliner which I paid close to $1,000. Dollars for and I can't reach the floor it rocks and when I sit in it I feel like I'm laying down!! I HATE IT! Truly believe it was their mistake in ordering my chair and think they could have resolved this but just did not want to be BOTHERED!! If you shop here make sure you go over ALL the specifics... and get EVERYTHING IN WRITING!
